Matthew Lamont Riggs, 45, and Dawna Rae South Riggs, six children, Maplewood Ward, Gilbert Arizona San Tan Stake. Brother Riggs serves as a stake president and is a former stake missionary, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, elders quorum president and missionary in the Oregon Portland Mission. Attorney/founding partner, Riggs, Ellsworth & Porter. Born in Mesa, Ariz., to Lyle Alton, Jr. and Trelva Mae Merrill Riggs.

Sister Riggs serves as emergency preparedness chair and is a former counselor in a Relief Society presidency, Sunday School teacher, ward missionary and Primary teacher. Born in Phoenix, Ariz., to Joe Kenneth and Patricia Elaine Chatham Sullivan South.
